FIFA U-17 Women’s World Cup 2022

The United States hammered host India 8-0 on the opening day of the FIFA U-17 Women's World Cup at the Kalinga Stadium on Tuesday.

The FIFA Under-17 Women’s World Cup is all set to gear up at Bhubaneswar‘s Kalinga stadium today with two exciting opening matches.

On Saturday, September 10th, Odisha's Chief Minister, Shri Naveen Patnaik, unveiled the state's official Host City Logo for the upcoming FIFA U-17 Women's World Cup India 2022TM, of which it is one of three hosts.

The Under-17 women's World Cup, which was scheduled to take place in India from Oct. 11-30, will be held as planned.

Football governing body FIFA has suspended India citing “undue influence from third parties”.

FIFA on Wednesday announced Bhubaneswar, Goa and Navi Mumbai as the host cities for the upcoming U-17 Women's World Cup.

Launching the mascot on Twitter, the FIFA Women’s World Cup shared a video which was shot at the world-famous Sun Temple, Konark in Odisha.
