The Kalinga Stadium is a multi-purpose International stadium in Bhubaneswar, Odisha, India. Its foundation stone was laid by former chief minister of Odisha Late Biju Patnaik in 1978.

India has a total of ten gold medals from the Olympics. Eight of them are from the men's hockey team. Neeraj Chopra is the second individual Gold medallist after Abhinav Bindra.
