 Gold rates in India have struggled amid the global rates today as the prices have declined as compared to yesterday.

India holds 7.5% of the total gold world wide, securing 7th position in the list of top 10 countries with highest amount of gold possessions.

Gold, In India has always been on trend & demand throughout the year. Be it inflation or recession, gold always places itself on a valuable notch. Apart from just jewelry,  it is a very important form of investment. 

India is celebrating Akshaya Tritiya today. This year, the day coincides with Eid ul-Fitr.
