Ranbir Kapoor and Deepika Padukone set a right precedent by not allowing their past difference to affect performance in the recently released Ayan Mukerji’s ‘Yeh Jawani Hai Deewani’. The film also marks the reunion of the ex-flames on screen where chemistry between the two is just outstanding. In fact, the chemistry seems better than their previous film together, Bachna Ae Haseeno.
Both the actors intimated recently during an event for promotion of YJHD in Delhi that they are ambitious and passionate actors and don’t necessarily carry the baggage of the past with them forever. They claimed, that was the reason for which the chemistry was not missed in YJHD. Deepika gave stress that what has been shown in YJHD is basically Ayan’s vision. They were present along with Kalki Koechlin and Aditya Roy Kapoor, the other main actors of the film.

Ranbir also added that he would be friends with Deepi forever, films or no films. Both shacked hand before media and fans to prove their friendship.
Both Ranbir and Deepi deserve credit for their broad thinking because this trend will help all other actors to dive for professionalism in case they have any such situation. The outcome will be encouraging as the audience will get superior performance and elevated entertainment.
