TNI Bureau: Odia actress Leslie Tripathy, who was away from Ollywood for a long time, is all set to make her appearance in Bollywood film “W”, which is scheduled to be released in April 2013. The film highlights sexual violence against women and campaign to bring the guilty to justice.
The actress, who is also a feminist and poet, will appear in the film along with Leeza Mangaldas, Sonal Gyaani, Raj Arora, Daanish Pandor and Abhey Attri. The film directed by Tarun Chopra is the result of extensive research on growing number of crime against women and current scenario of the society where voice against exploitation is being suppressed at some point.

Playback singers Sunidhi Chauhan, Neha Bhasin, Apeksha Dandekar and Brothers in Arms have lent their voices in the songs composed by Daboo Malik. The music will be released on Women’s Day.
