Delhi shivers at 2.7°C, Foggy Day in Bhubaneswar
TNI Bureau: While North India is reeling under intense cold wave conditions, the lowest temperature in Delhi was recorded at 2.7°C today. This is the lowest temperature recorded in national capital this year. Dense fog and low visibility derailed the traffic movement today. Many flights and trains were either cancelled or delayed.
On Wednesday, Delhi witnessed the coldest day in 44 years, as the maximum temperature plummeted to 9.8°C. Similar weather conditions may prevail for few more days.
Odisha’s capital Bhubaneswar too witnessed a foggy day today. The sun refused to come out till the afternoon, but the temperature level did not see a drastic fall. There has been a rise in temperature in the capita in the last 3/4 days, unusual in Winter.
