Zync Z999 Plus – A Review

TNI Bureau: The Zync Z999 Plus tablet PC runs on OS 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich and sports 1.5 Ghz Processor, 512 MB DDR3 RAM, GSM SIM Support, GPU Mali 400 having with 3D Graphics Open GL2.0. The device is priced at Rs. 11,990.

First of all, the device can be appreciated as special app like Voice-calling is there and the user is getting the facility at such an economy. Also, the Ice Cream Sandwich OS can definitely be calculated as pros. On the other hand, the laggy interface and poor quality display is the main demerits with the device.

The interface is stock ICS, which is good, but it’s not very smooth. At times it lags but thankfully nothing that brings functionality to a complete rot.

Media facilities in the tab are a ruling feature these days when choosing a device. The Z999 comes with an inbuilt Super HD Player that plays most of the formats. But here it is not comfortable with the FLV files. Also, the music via the test headphones is cool despite a starting crack at a little high volume.

In nutshell, when it comes to economy and you are getting a tablet PC with features including voice-calling and in-built 3G connectivity, the device is of great help. Nevertheless, some tech people believe that one can avail a rival identical device with the same facilities at a cost of around 7 to 8 thousand rupees. But still, investing in the Zync Z999 Plus seems quiet worthy.
