Odisha Government has effected a major reshuffle in the IAS level with senior IAS officer Bishnupada Sethi being appointed as the Principal Secretary to Government, Higher Education Department.

In a major bureaucratic reshuffle, 1997-batch IAS Officer Sanjay Kumar Singh has been appinted as the new Bhubaneswar Municipal Corporation (BMC) Commissioner.
