Prime Minister Narendra Modi reaffirmed the government's commitment to ensure conservation & safe habitats for its tigers and nurturing tiger-friendly ecosystems on the occasion of International Tiger Day.

The World Nature Conservation Day is observed annually on July 28. It aims to create awareness about the need to preserve the environment and natural resources in order to keep the world healthy.
