TNI Bureau: Here’s the CoronaVirus update by Odisha Government’s COVID-19 Chief Spokesperson Subroto Bagchi.
? 164 samples from Odisha sent for testing till date. No new positive cases found.
? Conditions of two positive patients remain stable.
? 4,259 registered on self-declaration COVID-19 portal. 34 stay in hospital isolation.
? 404 cases registered for violation of regulations & guidelines of COVID-19 – 380 lockdown violators and 10 cases for violating home quarantine norms.
? Over 84,000 migrant workers have returned from other states in the last few days. They are put in home quarantine.
? PRESS Vehicles and Hawkers engaged in distribution of newspapers are exempted from Lockdown. They need to follow hand washing and social distancing norms.
? Newspaper distribution centres to open from 7 to 8 AM.
? Hawkers will be lowed to use their vehicles from 4 AM to 7 PM.
? Don’t visit Hospitals unless there is an emergency.

? Odisha CM Naveen Patnaik has appealed to all CMs across the country to assist Odias stranded in their States with basic food, accommodation and security. State Govt will bear all relevant expenses.
