Dhoni scores Fifty, India bowl out for 316
TNI Bureau: Skipper Mahendra Singh Dhoni scored a fifty, as India bowled out for 316 in the first innings of the third test match against England at Eden Gardens, Kolkata. In reply, England were 21/0 when reports last received.
India lost quick wickets this morning after resuming from the overnight score of 273/7. They finally bowled out for 316. Tendulkar remained the top scorer at 76, while Gambhir made 60. Dhoni scored 52, followed by Yuvraj (32), Sehwag (23) and Ashwin (21). Monty Panesar took four wickets, while James Anderson took three wickets.
