Arjun Tendulkar finds a place in Mumbai’s U-14 Team
TNI Bureau: Master blaster Sachin Tendulkar might have ended his innings in cricket, but his son Arjun Tendulkar will remind his presence on the ground as he has been selected for the under-14 Mumbai team.
Arjun (12) found a place in the team for the West Zone League, which would be held in Ahmedabad.
Earlier, Arjun was named in the 32-member list of probable players after he scored over 250 runs in five matches in Mumbai’s last inter-school tournament. He has also done net practice with Indian team. He started his career in cricket under the guidance of his father, who is the best batsman in the world.
However, he could not be compared to his father as Sachin at his age had scored several hundreds and had many fans.
