TNI Bureau: The Samajwadi Party on Friday announced the list of its candidates for the 2014 Lok Sabha Polls for 55 seats in Uttar Pradesh. Prominent leaders will contest the polls against other political parties like BSP, Congress and BJP to show the party’s strength in Parliament.

While party’s chief Mulayam Singh Yadav will contest from his constituency Mainpuri, his daughter-in-law Dimple Yadav, who is the wife of Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Akhilesh Yadav, will fight polls from Kannauj.

Dharmendra Yadav will contest from Budayun. However, no candidate has been announced yet to contest polls from Amethi and Rae Bareli.
