TNI Bureau: Murder 3 is the official adaptation of the Spanish thriller ‘The Hidden Face’ (La Cara Oculta). It is from the debutant director Vishesh Bhatt. As a whole, effort of the green horn deserves credit as he has made out an outstanding Indian version of the original movie. And like the other installments, music of Murder 3 is melodious and fits well to the scenes. Kudos to the music director duo, Pritam and Roxen.
The story of Murder 3 revolves around three characters. Vikram (Randeep Hooda) is a top fashion and wildlife photographer who gets into relationship with a waitress, Nisha (Sara Loren). Nisha moves in with Vikram to his palatial accommodation outside the city and experiences romantic, erotic, emotional as well as scary moments. The edifice bears the secret story of Roshni (Aditi Rao Hydari), Vikram’s former love.
Presentation – Unlike Murder (2004) and Murder 2 (2011), in Murder 3 erotica is less played while emotion has been aggressively presented. One just can’t guess the genre of the film till a while and just half an hour before the interval only the actual picture comes to light.
Almost first half of the movie is led by Sara Loren and only in the Second half that Aditi Rao Hydari gets scope for acting. The script does not clearly divulge the reason behind Aditi Rao Hydari and Randeep Hooda’s separation, which looks weird. It is strange to see that all important conversations have been shown in a way where the characters perform standing in front of the mirror.
Coming to the performances, Sara Loren’s expressions seems to be the same in all the scenes. No doubt Randeep has done complete justice to his role; in fact the silent scenes really make one scary to which Randeep’s talent aptitude adds a lot. And of course out of the three lead actors, it is Aditi Rao Hydari who shines the most. No doubt both the girls look stunning and dame sexy.
All the tracks are musical and luring and the good news is that all of them tone with the scenes. Music has played important role in all over the Murder series and the same thing has been repeated here too.

Sunil Patel’s cinematography is excellent. A special mention for Raju Singh’s background score, which is of superb quality. There are several silent moments in the narrative and the background score elevates those sequences to an amazing height altogether.
As a whole Vishesh has made a good start through the film and we would look forward. After all it is proved that Bhatts are really good at thrillers including now, the young Bhatt from the camp.
Our verdict is that you should visit the cinema house only if you love to see thriller and that is also in Bhatt’s way.
