As the BJP launched a massive onslaught on the alleged illegal empire of Robert Vadra, who is the son-in-law of Congress President Sonia Gandhi, the latter has gone into a panic mode and winding up his businesses in Rajasthan and Haryana, it has been reported.
Robert Vadra, wife of Priyanka Gandhi Vadra, is reportedly closing at least four companies in both states where BJP has come to power. Vadra had launched four companies in Rajasthan and Haryana.
The companies that have been shut down, include Lifeline Agrotech Private Limited, Greenwave Agro Private Limited, Rightline Agriculture Private Limited and Primetime Agro Private Limited. The remaining two companies – Future Infra Agro Private Limited and Best Seasons Agro Private Limited are in the process of closing down. All six companies were formed in 2012.
Robert Vadra held the post of Managing Director in all six companies. He began the closure proceedings soon after the BJP-led NDA came to power. He is also reportedly selling the land in Rajasthan and Haryana at throw-away prices.
