On the third and final day of counting, the State Election Commission (SEC) has declared the results of all the 852 Zila Parishad Zones.

Former Women and Child Development Minister and three-time BJD MLA from Hindol constituency, Anjali Behera lost the Panchayat Polls from Giridhari Prasad Panchayat by 826 votes.
