TNI Bureau: In a bid to end bonded labour (dadan) system and stop migration of people from the state, the Odisha Government has announced a special package of Rs 134 crore for 30 panchayats in two districts – Bolangir & Nuapada. The package would be utilised to provide adequate employment opportunities and financial assistance to people in quest of livelihood.
