As anticipated earlier, actor Aditya Pancholi’s son Suraj Pancholi was arrested by the Mumbai Police in connection with actress Jiah Khan suicide case. The arrest came after the grilling of Suraj last evening. He has been charged of abetment to suicide. Jiah had committed suicide at her residence a week ago.

The 23-year-old Suraj Pancholi was charged under Section 306 (abetment to suicide) under the Indian Penal Code (IPC). Ealier, Jiah Khan’s six-page suicide note found at her residence, had blamed Suraj Pancholi for the trauma and agony she was undergoing. She had accused Suraj of being a womaniser and slammed him for cheating on her.

Jiah further revealed that she was cheated by the person she loved the most and even was forced to abort her undonpato child. Jiah’s mother Rabiya Khan put the blame on Suraj and Aditya Pancholi for her daughter’s sad and tragic end.
