South Africa scored an emphatic 67-run victory over Pakistan to avenge their warm-up game loss in the ICC Champions Trophy. With two consecutive losses, Pakistan is now in the danger of being eliminated from the tournament. Pakistan had lost to West Indies in the first game, while South Africa had lost to India. India will take on West Indies today.

Earlier, South Africa posted 234/9 in 50 overs. Ingram (20), Amla (81), du Plessis (28), de Villiers (31) and Duminy (24) were the top contributors. In reply, Pakistan bowled out for 167 in 45 overs. Jamshed (42) and Misbah-ul-Haq (55) were the top scorers. For South Africa, McLaren took 4 wickets. Tsotsobe and Morris took two wickets each. Hashim Amla was declared “Man of the Match”.
