Petrol Price hiked by 75 Paise, Diesel by 50 Paise

Date:

Petrol price was hiked by 75 paise per litre and diesel by 50 paise after Indian rupee fell to 11-month low yesterday. The oil imports were costlier after the increased demand for US dollar dominated the market.

However, the oil companies cut the price of non-subsidised cylinders by Rs 45.

With the increased price of petrol and diesel, petrol will be available at Rs 63.99 a litre and diesel at Rs 50.25 per litre in Delhi.
