TNI Bureau: Akshay Kumar – Sonakshi Sinha starrer “Rowdy Rathore” earned Rs 48 crore in the opening weekend, which is considered as huge for this action-flick and masala movie.

“Rowdy Rathore” grossed Rs 15 crore on the opening day. The earnings reached Rs 29.8 crore on the second day. However, Sunday brought more cheer to the movie, as it earned Rs 18.2 crore to take the total to Rs 48 crore in three days.
The movie, which has got rave reviews from the critics, is expected to earn more in the next few days and may even reach Rs 100 crore by the end of this week.
