Insight Bureau: 65-year-old Prafulla Bisoi of Nirakarpur was diagnosed with oral cancer and was admitted to SPARSH Hospital, Bhubaneswar.
He underwent surgery on 20th September. After the surgery, the family was under financial stress and were seeking support to return home.
