Odisha CM dedicates Rs 200 Cr SAMALEI Project in Sambalpur

TNI Bureau: Odisha Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik on Saturday dedicated the much-awaited Samaleswari Temple Area Management and Local Economy Initiatives (SAMALEI) project to the people of the State.
The Chief Minister had a darshan of Maa Samaleswari and took blessings of the deity.

The SAMALEI project is one of the most ambitious under the 5T initiatives of the State Government.
The project includes peripheral development of the shrine, construction of a heritage corridor, amenities for pilgrims, improved access to the temple, and development of the Mahanadi riverfront.
Odisha CM dedicates Rs 200 Cr SAMALEI Project in Sambalpur
The State Government has spent more than Rs 200 crore on this project. The project was carried out over an area of around 40 acres.
5T Chairman Kartik Pandian was also present during the inauguration of the project.
