Insight Bureau: Dr. Sukant Jena, Gynaec Specialist at Charichhak CHC near Konark, has been caught red-handed while accepting a bribe of Rs 8000 for conducting cesarean operation.

A vigilance raid at his residence unearthed Rs 1.12 cash from his house. He was later arrested.
