Union Minister Dharmendra Pradhan on Saturday paid rich tributes to Freedom Fighter and India’s Youngest Martyr Baji Rout on his Birth Anniversary. He also participated at ‘Ek Ped Maa Ke Naam’ campaign in Bhubaneswar, by planting a sapling.
