Residential School inaugurated by NRI Narendra Popat

TNI Bureau (January 24, 2013): The two-storeyed Residential School building of Azadi Vidyapeeth (Under the Management of HOPE, Bhubaneswar) was inaugurated by USA-based Non-Resident Indian, Mr. Narendra Popat.

The Azad Vidayapeeth is located at Paikarapur on the outskirts of Bhubaneswar. It will provide quality education to the poor, deprived and neglected children of the society. This is a Santiniketan model school, first of its kind in Odisha.

The education, which is provided here under the lap of nature, maintains freedom of the children to boost their confidence level and expose them to the reality of the world.

Mr. Bibhu Bhushan Jena, Executive Director of HOPE, Bhubaneswar, presided over the meeting and vote of thanks was given by Smrutismita Choudhury, Chief Advisor of the organisation.

On this occasion, Madhapur Mahila Samiti, under Chandaka Police Station, was awarded for their commendable work in the field of anti-liquor campaign.
