TNI Bureau: The Ministry of Education on Monday clarified that the fire incident reported earlier today did not occur at its premises, stating the incident took place at the School of Planning and Architecture campus near ITO.

Clarifying the location, the Ministry said it operates from Kartavya Bhavan-2 on Dr. Rajendra Prasad Road, while the fire incident occurred at the School of Planning and Architecture (SPA) campus in the ITO area.

Initial reports had wrongly linked the fire to the Ministry’s building.

Authorities confirmed no injuries or fatalities have been reported in the incident. Fire tenders reached the site promptly and the situation is now under control.

This clarification is being issued to avoid the spread of any misinformation regarding the fire incident.
