TNI Bureau: 4 youths in Berhampur Town in Ganjam District landed in trouble after they defied the COVID-19 guidelines during the shutdown, roamed around the city on bikes and posted the video on TikTok.

After the Cops swung into action and detained the youths, they apologised for their mistake and promised not to repeat it again. They were let off after giving an undertaking.
