TNI Bureau: India’s largest engineering and construction company Larsen & Toubro (L&T) has acquired Malaysia-based electrical equipment maker Henikwon Corporation.

The significant acquisition was made by L&T’s wholly-owned subsidiary Tamco Switchgear, which is head-quartered in Malaysia, for an undisclosed amount.

Malaysia’s Henikwon Corporation is a leading manufacturer of low and medium busduct systems, which are cost effective means of providing power replacing the conventional cabling system.
