TNI Bureau: Rajya Sabha MP Sujeet Kumar held discussions with Union Railway Minister Piyush Goyal via video conferencing and sent a few proposals related to the railway projects in KBK region.
Sujeet Kumar wrote a letter to Goyal with the proposals for revision of project cost estimate for various projects, infrastructure development at various platforms, new Kendriya Vidyalaya at the Loco Factory site in Narla, and extension of Howrah-Titlagarh Ispat Superfast Express to Junagarh Road.
The infrastructure development demand includes upgradation of speed limit, three platform halt, existing platform height with Roof Shed, New Platform with Roof Shed and New Foot Over Bridge (FOB) at Bhawanipatna in Lanjigarh Road – Junagarh Road Railway Line and PET Survey from G Ramachandrapur to Narla Road Y-Link undwer Sambalpur Division of East Coast Railway in Kalahandi District.
