PM Modi attends Christmas Prayers at Delhi Cathedral

TNI Bureau: Prime Minister Narendra Modi today attended a Christmas morning service at the Cathedral Church of the Redemption in the national capital, joining a large gathering of Christians from Delhi and across north India.

The service featured prayers, hymns and Christmas carols, and included a special prayer for the Prime Minister offered by the Bishop of Delhi, Rt. Rev. Dr. Paul Swarup.

Sharing his thoughts on social media platform X, the Prime Minister said the service conveyed the enduring message of love, peace and compassion. He extended Christmas greetings to the people, expressing hope that the festival would inspire harmony, goodwill and kindness in society.

The Prime Minister also wished that Christmas would bring renewed hope and warmth, reinforcing a shared commitment to compassion and unity among citizens.
