TNI Bureau:Â Odisha Government today promoted three 1996 batch IPS officers Arun Bothra, Sanjay singh and Sunita Kakran to Additional Director General (ADG) of Police rank.

As per the notification issued by General Administration & Public Grievances (GA&PG) Department, in pursuance of sub-rule (2) of rule 3 of the IPS (Pay) Rules 2016, Arun Bothra and Sanjay singh are promoted to the grade of Addl DG of Police in IPS in Level-15 of Pay Matrix with effect from January 1, 2021.
Similarly, Sunita Kakran who is on Central Deputation has been allowed proforma promotion to the grade of Addl DG of Police in Level 15 of Pay Matrix with effect from January 1, 2021.
