In Attabira (Bargarh), Congress and BJD had won six seats each. However, since the BJD could not put up a Scheduled Caste (SC) woman candidate for this reserved seat, Congress candidate Sunita Bag was elected as the Chairperson unopposed.

In Nuapara, the Congress had won seven seats, followed by BJD (4) and BJP (3). Here, the Congress candidate Sudeshna Suraj won the Chairperson post unopposed. The seat was reserved for Scheduled Tribe (ST) Woman.

In Hindol (Dhenkanal), the Congress had won seven out of 16 seats. However, with the six Independents joining the party, its strength went up to 13. Sulochana Behera was elected as the Chairperson here without a contest. The seat was reserved for the SC Woman.
