Odisha CM Mohan Majhi Watches ‘Godaan’ Premiere, Declares Film Tax-Free in Odisha

TNI Bureau: Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi watched the premiere of the Hindi feature film Godaan at his official residence in Bhubaneswar.

Addressing the media, the Chief Minister announced that the film would be declared tax-free across Odisha. He also announced that a cow research centre would be established in the state soon.

Describing Godaan as a complete family film, Majhi said it delivers a strong message on Sanatan Dharma values and strengthens family bonds. He praised the film for promoting social values, cultural traditions, and family ethics, and appealed to the public, especially the youth, to watch it with their families.

The film is scheduled for release on February 6. The premiere was attended by Mines and Steel Minister Bibhuti Bhushan Jena, the film’s director and producer Binod Kumar Chaudhury, legislators, and other dignitaries.
