As per the December 4 letter, the Bridge and Roof Company had requested a meeting with the senior IAS officer Bishnupada Sethi.
Two days before the raid by the CBI, Bishnupada Sethi, the Principal Secretary of the ST & SC Development Minorities and Backward Classes Welfare Department is suspected to have met with arrested Bridge and Roof Company GGM Chanchal Mukherjee.
