Bollywood superstar Hrithik Roshan and Sussanne Khan have finally been granted divorce by the Bandra family court. However, the matter related to the custody of their children is not finalised.

Hrithik and Sussanne got married in in 2000. The couple is blessed with two sons – Hrehaan and Hridhaan. Earlier there were rumours that Sussanne had demanded Rs 400 crore in alimony, however, Hrithik had denied such reports.

On December 14, 2013, Hrithik and Sussanne issued separate statements in which they called off their off their marriage.

Hrithik had said that Sussanne decided to walk out of the marriage. His statement read: “This is my greatest tribute to love. Sussanne is and always will be the love of my life for the rest of my life. If her smiles are brighter without me, my love for her must accomplish that.”

In her statement, Sussanne said that the separation was their “own individual choices”. Her statement reads: “We are two individuals who respect and care for each other and have made our own individual choices. We are parents to two wonderful kids and our responsibility remains to protect and take care of them. Nothing can change that.”

With this news of divorce, one of the most beautiful and fairytale romances in Bollywood’s real life comes to a shattering end.
