Miscreants looted Rs 23 lakh from the regional transport office (RTO) in Bhubaneswar by breaking the iron chest. The officials suspected an insider’s hand in the case.

Bhubaneswar RTO Lalmohan Sethi said that incident might have happened between 9.30 pm to 10.00 pm on Thursday during the shift change of the security guards.

The quarter ending collection money was kept inside the iron chest. The miscreants were allegedly informed about it. The investigation is on to nab the culprits.
