Insight Bureau:  After rejecting the order of International Court of Justice (ICJ) to stop invasion of Ukraine, Russia stepped up its offensive on major Ukrainian cities.

The Russian shelling killed at least one people and injured many in Kyiv. The Russian missiles struck an aircraft repair plant in Lviv earlier today.
