Petrol Prices slashed by 95 paise Per Litre

TNI Bureau: In a huge relief to the petrol car users, the state-owned oil marketing companies reduced the price of petrol by 95 paise per litre with effective from midnight today. The appreciation of Rupee against the USD and decline in global crude oil prices are the key factors, which made the oil companies cut the petrol prices.
It was expected that petrol prices would go down by Rs 2 per litre. But the oil companies have decided to put it at 95 paise for the time being.
In Delhi, the petrol prices would now become Rs 67.24. In Bangalore and Hyderabad, petrol prices will be cheaper by Rs 1.25 per litre, while in Chennai, Mumbai and Kolkata, the reduction will be of Rs 1.20 per litre. In Bhubaneswar, the petrol prices went down by Rs 1.13 per litre.
