TNI Bureau: The Odisha Government has released the draft reservation list for 35 Municipalities/NAC Chairperson posts across the state. A draft notification on the reservation of these posts has been issued, and the public has been invited to submit objections and suggestions within 15 days.

According to the notification, 11 Chairperson posts have been reserved for Scheduled Caste (Women), seven for Scheduled Castes, seven for Scheduled Tribe (Women), four for Scheduled Tribes, and four for Women. Two posts have been proposed for the unreserved category.

The government said objections and suggestions will be accepted at the office of the Director of Municipal Administration before the reservation list is finalised.
