Pahadi Chita gang leader Arjun Sahu was gunned down in an encounter with police in Sundergarh district. The incident took place at Hutupani and Tangara village under Talsara police station in early Tuesday.
Earlier, the carders of the outfit had killed four people on April 16. The gang members are the unemployed tribal youths of Jharkhand.
