TNI Bureau: The Delhi High Court has ordered the quashing of FIR against RCB player Luke Pomersbach after the victim Zohal Hamid withdrew the molestation charges.

Zohal and Luke reportedly reached an out-of-settlement although the details of their deal are not known. Zohal told the media that she withdrew the case after Luke and Siddharth Mallya apologised to her.

Both Zohal and Luke termed the incident as “unfortunate” and agreed that it would serve no purpose if they pursue this case further. While Zohal is a US national, Luke hails from Australia. Zohal was supported by her boyfriend Sahil Peerzada, who was assaulted by Luke at a Delhi hotel.
