The Yuva Utkal Bharat would submit a “warning memorandum” to the Police Commissioner (Cuttack-Bhubaneswar) at 12 PM tomorrow. The youth organisation has requested all people to stand in protest for the entry of Pakistanis in Odisha in the wake of escalation of tension at the LoC and the beheading of Indian soldiers by Pakistani Army.
