In an official statement, CEO and Managing Director K. Krithivasan said the company has engaged external experts, including Deloitte and law firm Trilegal, to assist in an internal probe being led by President and COO Aarthi Subramanian.

To ensure transparency, TCS has also constituted an oversight committee chaired by independent director Keki Mistry, which will review the findings and oversee the implementation of recommendations.

Addressing reports about operational disruptions, the company categorically denied claims that its Nashik facility had been shut down, asserting that the unit continues to function normally and serve clients.

TCS also sought to correct what it described as “inaccurate media reports” regarding an employee, stating that Nida Khan, who has been repeatedly identified as an HR manager, did not hold such a position and was not involved in recruitment or leadership functions.

While the investigation is ongoing, the company said a preliminary review of its internal systems and records has not revealed any complaints through its ethics or Prevention of Sexual Harassment (POSH) channels related to the allegations being reported.

Reaffirming its commitment to workplace integrity, TCS said it maintains a zero-tolerance policy towards misconduct and remains focused on ensuring the safety, dignity, and well-being of its employees.

The company added that it is extending full cooperation to law enforcement authorities to ensure that the matter is investigated thoroughly and brought to a fair conclusion.
