TNI Bureau: In a series of exposes and revelations, once again Congress came under fire. This time Janata Party president Subramanian Swamy revealed hidden facts targeting Congress President Sonia Gandhi and Gandhi scion Rahul. Swamy accused Gandhi family of converting a public trust into private property and giving loans to a private firm, floated by Rahul and Sonia.

Addressing a press conference today in Delhi, Swamy said that both Sonia and Rahul acquired a 1600 cr estate called ‘Herald House’ owned by associated journals ltd, for just Rs 50 lakh. He alleged that fraud was committed to grab Herald House in the capital. He said that Sonia and Rahul floated a private company named Young Indian to acquire Associated Journals Ltd, which is the owner and publisher of National Herald and Quami Awaz Newspaper.

Swamy revealed that former Prime Minister Jawaharlal Nehru, Indira Gandhi, Feroze Gandhi, GD Birla are still being shown as the current shareholders of the company. He demanded a probe into the links between Young Indian and Associated Journals. He further alleged that AICC had granted Rs 90 crore loan to Young Indian in 2011.
