TNI Bureau: In a significant development ahead of the 2027 Panchayat Elections in Odisha and 2029 General Elections , Congress High Command has replaced Ajay Kumar Lallu with National Seva Dal President Lalji Desai, as the AICC Incharge for the state.

Lalji Desai, who is known as a fighter, is expected to give a new dimension to Odisha Congress, along with PCC President Bhakta Charan Das.
Meanwhile, Former Indian Youth Congress (IYC) President BV Srinivas appointed as Chief Organiser of Congress Seva Dal after Lalji Desai appointed as AICC Incharge for Odisha.
