TNI Bureau: The Odisha Congress is all set to welcome its new AICC In-charge Lalji Desai, who will arrive on a three-day visit to Bhubaneswar tomorrow, July 1. Desai will arrive in Bhubaneswar tomorrow evening and will be accorded a reception at the Congress Bhawan.

He will attend a DCC review meeting on Thursday (July 2), along with Challa Vamshi Chand Reddy, (Special invitee, CWC & Secretary incharge for coordinating DCC President selection process) in the presence of Jetti Kusum Kumar & Mayura Jayakumar (Both AICC Odisha Co-In charges).

On Friday (July 3), Lalji Desai will the PAC Meeting at Congress Bhawan and interact with senior leaders, before leaving for Ahmedabad.

Lalji Desai has replaced Ajay Kumar Lallu as the AICC In-charge. He is expected to continue till the 2029 elections along with PCC President Bhakta Charan Das to strenghen the Congress at the grassroots level.
