TNI Bureau: In a shocking development, a Working Journalist and another Cameraman of Nandighosha TV, have been attacked by a group of men, alleged BJP workers at Jadupur village of Nayagarh district.
The Nandighosha TV crew was covering the BJP protest in Pari Murder case when the confrontation occurred. Their camera was broken in the attack.
Senior BJP Leaders Prithviraj Harichandan, Lekhashree Samantsinghar and Irani Rai were present when the attack on Journalists took place.
Senior Journalists, Journalist Associations as well as Politicians have condemned the attack.

There is no place for violence in a civilised society. And, assault on press is a direct attack on our democracy.
Strong and exemplary action must be taken against the culprits.
