Pune Warriors India slumped to their worst-ever batting performance in the IPL by finishing at 99/9 in 20 overs. The Kings XI Punjab had no difficulties in reaching the target in just 12.2 overs by losing two wickets.

After winning the toss and elected to bat first, Pune scored just 99. Abhishek Nayar remained unbeaten on 25. Praveen Kumar and Azhar Mahmood took two wickets each. KXIP reached 100/2 in 12.2 overs. Mandeep Singh scored 31. Manan Vohra remained unbeaten on 43. He was declared ‘Man of the Match’.
