TNI Battle: The battle between the DAV Public school authorities and parents has intensified further, as the former have refused to roll back the hike in school fee. They maintained that an affidavit was submitted at the Supreme Court in this regard.

DAV Public Schools in Bhubaneswar and Cuttack have witnessed chaotic scenes and massive protests in the last three days, thanks to the agitation launched by the All Odisha DAV School Parents’ Coordination Committee.

The parents have slammed the DAV schools for hiking fees while the matter is sub-judice at the Supreme Court. The protest had turned ugly at DAV Public School, Sector VI in Cuttack two days ago, as the parents reportedly ransacked the school building. However, the parents alleged that they were manhandled by the school authorities.

Protests continued at DAV Public School, Unit 8, DAV Public School, Pokhariput and DAV Public School in Kalinga Vihar. Similar protests occurred at DAV Public School, Gandarpur, Cuttack and DAV Public School in Markat Nagar too.
